How to Grow
Growing Blue Vervain seed is greatly rewarding! It is recommended to sow Verbena Hastata seeds directly outdoors in the late fall. The cold temperatures actually help to break the dormancy of the flower seed, so when spring temperatures warm, the Verbena seeds are ready to germinate. Broadcast the Verbena seeds in prepared soil. Lightly rake the seed under the soil. The sowing rate is 1 ounce per 1,500 square feet.
