How to grow
How To Grow Four O'Clock From Seed: Mirabilis Jalapa can be grown very easily from flower seed, but need to be provided with warm soil in order to germinate. They will germinate best between 65 - 75F in just 10 - 14 days if the flower seeds are kept moist.
If directly planting outdoors, Four O'Clock flower seeds should be planted in late spring or early summer. In cooler areas with a late spring, start the seeds indoors about eight weeks before the final frost date for transplanting outdoors at a later time.
