How To Grow Dahlia From Seed: Grow this enchanting mixture of colors from flower seeds! Dahlias are exuberant bloomers: every clump produces up to 40 flowers! They bloom until the first frost of fall. The color-balanced mix gives lots of bright, lively shades.
Sow Dahlia flower seed indoors 4 - 6 weeks before the last frost. Lightly cover the flower seeds with soil or peat moss only the thickness of the seed itself. Transplant seedlings outdoors after danger of frost has passed. Grow Dahlia plants in well-drained soil and in full sun.
